Dr Jen is a Health Physiologist and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner specialising in women’s health, with over 20 years’ experience in lifestyle medicine, physiology, and behaviour change.
She works with women who experience changes in their health during midlife, particularly across perimenopause and menopause, and who are not finding clear or consistent answers. Many present with ongoing symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, disrupted sleep, and reduced resilience, despite making positive changes to their lifestyle.
Her work focuses on identifying the key drivers of these changes, with particular attention to metabolic, hormonal, and lifestyle factors. She also supports women with conditions such as PCOS and premature ovarian insufficiency, applying a structured, physiology-led approach.
Drawing on an evidence-based framework, she develops clear, targeted strategies to support measurable improvements in both day-to-day wellbeing and longer-term health.
Dr Jen has a background in academia and research, alongside applied clinical practice and NHS collaboration. Her approach combines scientific rigour with practical implementation.
As founder of nuvō8, she brings together a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team to deliver a more advanced, integrated model of women’s healthcare.
She is a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM), the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the UK & International Health Coach Association (UKIHCA) and the British Menopause Society (BMS).
