Accreditations & Qualifications
Dr Jen is a Health Physiologist and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner specialising in women’s health, with over 20 years’ experience in lifestyle medicine, physiology, and behaviour change.
She works with women who experience changes in their health during midlife, particularly across perimenopause and menopause, and who are not finding clear or consistent answers. Many present with ongoing symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, disrupted sleep, and reduced resilience, despite making positive changes to their lifestyle.
Her work focuses on identifying the key drivers of these changes, with particular attention to metabolic, hormonal, and lifestyle factors. She also supports women with conditions such as PCOS and premature ovarian insufficiency, applying a structured, physiology-led approach.
Drawing on an evidence-based framework, she develops clear, targeted strategies to support measurable improvements in both day-to-day wellbeing and longer-term health.
Dr Jen has a background in academia and research, alongside applied clinical practice and NHS collaboration. Her approach combines scientific rigour with practical implementation.
As founder of nuvō8, she brings together a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team to deliver a more advanced, integrated model of women’s healthcare.
She is a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM), the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the UK & International Health Coach Association (UKIHCA) and the British Menopause Society (BMS).

Nicole Punzi is an experienced Functional Nutritional Therapist with over 15 years’ experience working across nutrition, functional medicine, and health education. Nicole has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex and overlapping health challenges, including metabolic, hormonal, and digestive dysfunction. She is highly skilled in the use and interpretation of advanced functional testing, which she uses to inform precise, personalised nutritional and lifestyle interventions, rather than generic recommendations or protocols.
She works closely with clients to develop realistic, sustainable strategies that fit into everyday life, recognising that lasting health outcomes come from clarity, consistency, and informed decision-making, not extreme or restrictive approaches.
At nuvō8, Nicole works collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to support whole-person health through an integrated, evidence-based approach. She plays a key role in nutritional assessment and individualised functional testing, helping women gain a deeper understanding of their health and supporting targeted nutritional interventions and supplementation to optimise current and future health.

Accreditations & Qualifications
Dr Clementina La Rosa is a Consultant Endocrinologist with specialist expertise in female hormonal and metabolic health across the lifespan. She trained originally as a Consultant Paediatrician and Endocrine Specialist, graduating from the University of Catania in Italy, before completing specialist training in general paediatrics and sub-specialising in paediatric endocrinology.
Dr La Rosa’s core training was based within the adult endocrine and reproductive medicine unit at University College London Hospital (UCLH), where her work focused on endocrine care across the transition from adolescence into adulthood. This background has shaped her deep understanding of hormonal health as a continuum, rather than a series of isolated life stages.
Her clinical and research interests focus
on female metabolic and hormonal health, with particular expertise in:
- Perimenopause and menopause
- Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
- Thyroid regulation
- Metabolic health and weight management
Dr La Rosa is passionate about
whole-person, patient-centred care in the prevention and management of chronic hormonal conditions. Seeking a more individualised approach to improving health and quality of life, she has complemented her medical training with further postgraduate education in Nutrition and Public Health (PGCert, UCL), Ketogenic Nutrition (American Nutrition Association), and Functional Medicine (AFMCP).
Dr La Rosa provides medical consultations through her own CQC-registered clinic and works collaboratively with nuvō8 where specialist endocrine input is appropriate. This partnership allows women to access expert medical care alongside integrated, whole-person support, tailored to their individual health needs and long-term goals.

Ursula Tereba
- Mind-Body Practitioner
Accreditations & Qualifications
Ursula Tereba is a Mind-Body Practitioner specialising in nervous system regulation as a core foundation of functional and integrative medicine. Her work supports women to restore physiological balance, build stress resilience, and improve the body’s capacity to respond to nutritional, medical, and lifestyle interventions, particularly during periods of hormonal change, burnout, or emotional overwhelm.
Ursula supports clients experiencing challenges such as chronic stress, poor sleep, reduced strength or mobility, menopause-related changes, and persistent fatigue. Her approach recognises the close relationship between the nervous system, movement, emotional health, and long-term wellbeing, and is grounded in helping clients feel safe, supported, and connected within their bodies.
Her work is informed by extensive training in yoga (over 1,200 hours), formal training in Compassionate Inquiry (developed by Gabor Maté), and trauma-informed movement-based practices, alongside approaches to somatic awareness and nervous system health. She integrates intelligently sequenced movement, breath and grounding practices, and reflective inquiry to help clients explore deeper patterns influencing their health and resilience.
At nuvō8, Ursula works collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to support whole-person health through an integrated, evidence-based approach. Her role complements medical, nutritional, and lifestyle care by supporting nervous system regulation as a prerequisite for sustainable health, strength, and emotional wellbeing.
Personalised Health
without the wait
without the wait
Some women come to nuvō8 because they don’t feel well. Others come because they want to actively protect and optimise their current and future health.
Women often live with symptoms for far too long, feeling unheard, dismissed, or told everything is “normal”.
At nuvō8, we take the time to understand what’s really going on in your body, looking beyond symptoms to explore underlying contributors to your health and long-term wellbeing.
